What are the steps to get started?

- Make sure you have a working computer with the required systems.
- Purchase a usb headset for your certification class.
- Have or prepare to get a land-line phone. Some clients require a land-line telephone with no features or a digital phone line through your cable/internet service provider in order to provide support.
What systems and equipment are needed for virtual work?

Can I work from anywhere?
You must legally reside in the United States and must be 18 years or older. Currently we are unable to accept applicants from the following states: California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon or Wisconsin.
How many hours will I be expected to work?
There is a minimum of 15 hours per week for most clients.
How much can I make working from home?
You set your own schedule and choose when and how much you will work. Your compension is based on the time you are actually working. Some representatives choose the client for the compensation rate only, others choose clients that are open 24/7, and then there are those that choose a client that have very little requirements and super easy with less hourly pay. Your paycheck is up to you!
